All KISD facilities Closed

Just a reminder from the district that all of our campus facilities, fields, track, etc are closed during this time. I know this is an inconvenience but please be proactive with workouts at home. Couple of ideas
1. Body weight circuits in the backyard or room
2. use stairs if you have them in your house or apt
3. Short sprints on your street
4. Jump rope with plyos
5. Wall cycle series with you yell resistance band
6. P90x or T25 cardio workouts on YouTube
7. Pick 5 exercises( upper, lower, plyo, core, lower) . Reps of 10. As many rounds in 5 mins and repeat. 4-5 times.
